Refund policy

Return window
You have 15 days from delivery for a refund or 30 days for store credit.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, damage).

How to start a return
Email hello@caribbeangecko.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. If approved, we’ll send a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Please ship your return within 7 days of approval and keep your tracking number.

Return address
Provided in your approval email. Do not send items back without authorization.

Return shipping costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of the return label.
  • For all other returns (e.g., size, color, change of mind), you may use our prepaid label and we will deduct the label cost from your refund, or you can send it back with your own trackable service.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@caribbeangecko.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishables, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

For fastest service, we process exchanges as a return + reorder.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a one-time free standard shipping code for your replacement order (one per original order).

  1. Place a new order for the size/color you need using the code.
  2. When we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund the original item per your return window (refund or store credit).

Notes:

    • Exchanges apply to the same item in a different size/color. Other changes are a new purchase.
    • The code covers standard outbound shipping only and can’t be stacked with other discounts.
    • Exchange eligibility follows the same condition standards as returns.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility standards above. When you exercise this right, we’ll refund the item price and the cost of standard outbound shipping. You are responsible for return shipping (unless we're at fault).

Refunds
We’ll email you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
